. By signing up and participating as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before applying.
You must be at least 18 years old to participate.The program is open to individuals, fitness professionals, wellness coaches, and businesses with an active client base.Tone360™ reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
Affiliates earn up to $300 per successful referral when a client purchases a Tone360™ body toning package.A "successful referral" means the referred client purchases a full program and completes their first session. Payments are made via [Payment Method, e.g., PayPal, bank transfer] on a [weekly/monthly] basis.Fraudulent or self-referrals will result in disqualification.
You may not make false claims or guarantee specific results. All promotions must align with Tone360™'s approved marketing materials.Affiliates may only promote Tone360™ on approved channels (websites, social media, email lists).No misleading, deceptive, or exaggerated claims are allowed (e.g., "instant weight loss," "miracle fat loss").Affiliates must disclose their relationship with Tone360™ when promoting (e.g., using #ad or #sponsored).
Affiliates must not :Use spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading ads. Bid on Tone360™ brand-related keywords (e.g., "Tone360 weight loss") in Google/Facebook ads.Use before/after images that are manipulated or misleading.Make any medical or health claims not approved by Tone360™.
Violation of these policies may result in account suspension and forfeiture of earnings

Affiliates may only use official Tone360™ logos, images, and content provided by the company. Modifying or misrepresenting Tone360™'s services is prohibited.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.If an affiliate engages in fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant activity, Tone360™ reserves the right to terminate their participation immediately and withhold commissions.
Tone360™ is not responsible for any affiliate-generated content that violates legal or advertising guidelines. Affiliates participate at their own risk and agree to indemnify Tone360™ from any claims resulting from their promotions.
